We were commissioned by Glasgow's City Council and Chamber of Commerce to review city responses to COVID-19.
We reviewed more than 300 city responses to COVID-19 in relation to the innovation economy, space and place, trade and investment. This has helped to inform the city’s economic recovery plan launched in Autumn 2020.
